Çikolatalı pudingi sütle birlikte tencereye aktarın, sürekli karıştırarak kıvamına gelene dek pişirin. Pudingi ocaktan alın, servis kaselerinin yarısına kadar paylaştırıp soğumaya bırakın. Pelte için meyvelerin kabuğunu soyun, portakalın çekirdekleri varsa temizleyin ve mutfak robotuna aktarın. Meyveleri püre haline gelene kadar karıştırın. Nişastayı portakal suyu ile inceltin ve kalan tüm pelte malzemesi ile birlikte tencereye aktarın. Sürekli karıştırarak yoğun bir kıvam alana dek pişirin. Pelteyi ocaktan alın ve ara sıra karıştırarak ılındırın. Soğuyan pudinglerin üzerine paylaştırın. Tatlıyı buzdolabında katılaşıncaya kadar soğutun.
